We take support seriously |
To decide on one system is one thing, but competent support is another.
This is why our clients can reach us during regular office hours monday - thursday 8:15am -5:30pm and Friday from 8:15am - 2pm.
So we can keep support costs low, please have the following information ready:
- License number
- IP address of the machine (visible via server info in the admin area)
- Version of the operating system (visible via server info in the admin area)
- Version of PHP (visible via server info in the admin area)
- Version of the web server (visible via server info in the admin area)
- Is your system administrated via Confixx
- With which operating system / browser do you administrate the machine
- Can you re-enact the problem (write down each step exactly)
- Create a user with which we can log in the system
